Thumbs up Southern Mustang Parts

Just wanted to give a quick review of Ken Marks @ Southern Mustang Parts..

too many times you read threads with horror stories of buisnesses,
so i thought i would take the time to post a good review..

I placed a call on monday March 14th, after PM'ing him on the forums, the answering service picked up, left a message..

within 5 min. he called me back

I would like to say Ken is a top notch professional ..
very curtious, pleasant to talk to and resonable..

he hooked me up with a great deal on the exhaust, and called me back again with the best shipping cost to get it to me ASAP..

on march 16th at 11 am they arrived.. plenty of time for me to get them installed..

So I would like to say Thank You Kenn

I love My Borla S-types..

you will definatly receive some future buisness from me

Ken just gave me a great deal on a borla s-type catback yesterday and the shipping confirmation says that it should be delivered today!!!! Can't wait...thanks Ken!!!

Well at least someone is happy with this company. I've dealt with many Mustang accessory venders and got nothing but good to say about them but yesterday my wife wanted to buy me a running pony skeleton for Christmas so she called, got an answering machine, left a message for Ken and never got a call back. Maybe he or they didn't want to return a call to Canada?

I guess we'll look elsewhere. Anyone know of another place to purchase these things ? Thanks

In the States it's a holiday week since Thanksgiving is this Thursday.

Just relax they'll get back to you

Yeah, I gave the team the week off to spend with the family. Been a busy year!!

You can call me on my cell if you have any questions about the pony. Takes 2-3 weeks and we can ship to Canada for an additional $10.00

Up here in Canada we have our Thanksgiving a month earlier than you folks in the US so when we tried to reach Ken we didn't know it was a Thanksgiving week so we truly apologize for that.

For the guys that have dealt with Ken and said he gives great service you were 100% correct. We left a message today and got a call right away. We placed our order for a custom running pony and a custom rear badge.
Ken thanks for the great service. now we have a new place to buy our accessories.
