i was kinda having a hard time getting it in the right light. tips would actually be very helpful for the next round

 

The last three pics are the best.

 

Lighting is one thing, a good SLR camera is a necessity for great photographs. Searching YouTube for some Photoshop input is an outstanding resource depending on what kind(s) of pictures you're going for.

 

This is the best one! If you had a convertible your legs would be able to go over your head!

 

i have a canon dslr and was trying to get more of the hdr look... didn't work out that way.

 

What shutter speed are you using?

 

don't remember, but def. slower than 1/60 because i used my tripod for all the shots, plus a remote, since i'm a spaz and shake the cam just pressing the button.

 

the shots just didn't come out as "crisp" as i would have liked...idk i have to find a photo for comparison

 

Nothing to brag about by any means but a buddy of mine took these with some crappy old SLR with only 3 speeds or so. Minimal to ok lighting and they turned out "alright". Watch for shadows and take a portable light with you if you have access.

Enhancing them could help. Do you have access to any programs like Photoshop?

 

yeah, but i'm lazy and just did some simple adjustments with iphoto lol

i want it to be crisp like these shots

 

I'm sure there are others on here who can help too then, but maybe not at 1:30am-4:30am as it is right now.
