Since Ford is basically giving away $750 with the brochure rebate how many have actually used it and did anyone have any issues using it? This is an unbelievable offer that should be used at least by everyone here in the board!! I just want to keep it front and center here.

My dealer says there is no $750.00 brochure rebate for the 2011.I need to know if anyone in Central Pa. is getting this rebate. If so how?Tried ordering the 2010 brochure guess I'll order the 2011 & see what happens.

I ordered 4 just to be safe. 2 of the 2010's and 2 of the 2011's

For both I ordered one under my address with apartment number, and the other was without the apt. number. My Mailman know's my name so he knows which mailbox to put it in when he see's my address without apt. #. I received all 4 and will be using the $750 from the 2011 but I found that any of them will work for a 2011 Mustang.

The stealerships should know about this and should advise everyone to order a brochure. They don't lose any money on the sale from a rebate. It just pisses me off that salesman get all this money on commission and they don't even research the **** cars they are selling (maybe not all of them but most including mine). Mine didn't even know about the $500 customer cash rebate.

The reason most don't advise everyone to order the brochure is the fact that it is a double edged sword. I sell you a car today, not an order, now I have to delay you picking it up for a week or two so you can wait for the mail to come. I then tell you to order the brochure and you don't get the coupon. Now you haven't picked up the car yet you're pissed at Ford and me because you didn't get your coupon. Now you want the dealer to somehow magically get you this money that you now feel you are entitled to because others have received it and you have bought more Fords than anyone you know, etc. It just opens pandora's box from the dealerships side. As for the basic rebates that is a different story, they should know those, but even with that most of the salespeople haven't sold or even seen a 2011 Mustang yet so they havn't had the opportunity to need to know about the regular rebate.

Your information shows up in their system pretty quickly. They can just look up your last name and zip. If you're not willing to wait a week for a free $750 then so be it.

That's why I'm asking everyone to be PROactive and order one now..they are good for 8 weeks from date of issue...so order one now!

I received my brochure in the mail, but it did not contain the $750 rebate. I wonder if they somehow knew I was an A-Plan customer, or does it have something to do with location?

This sounds like alot of excuses to me.If others are getting this rebate then I would expect to recieve the same.Ordered the 2010 brochure & NO rebate or offer for the GT only for the 6cyl.!How do I ensure I get this $750.00?

Also DELIVER MY CAR ALREADY!!!!!!

It isn't excuses. This isn't an ATM machine that will just automatically dispense $750 for everyone who pushes the button. Your response is the exact reason why a salesperson isn't going tell every customer that walks through the door that this program exists.

You might be able to try another household name, or order the other model year one. I have no idea how the program works either.

As for when to order, It took mine about a week to generate and a week past that to get to me. I'd say wait about two weeks after ordering the car to order the brochure. Should have it by week 4 of your wait, leaving it to last probably until week 11 or so of your wait, and hopefully your car won't be that far overdue.

I ordered about 5 brochures in my name, even using different cars ( mustang, ranger etc..) and NO coupon, just some V6 interest rate deals...BUT I ordered a few in my wife's name and they all had $750 coupons and interest rate deals..so guess what..we'll use my wife's name and pocket $750...now this a lot of money..if it were $50 I really wouldn't care that much...but $750 free is a lot!!!! Try using a different household members name as it is transferable.

No. It's just you.

Why would you shoot for a $750 brochure discount if you're A-plan? It's not eligible with A-plan anyway.

$500 rebate from my insurance company.
Which insurance company?

And is there some central website which contains all of the possible Ford rebates?

Thanks

Farm Bureau, but it really just took the place of the $500 dollar one from Ford.

I got the $750 rebate. I didn't have the brochure in hand by that time. I recieved it two days later and there was no mention of a rebate, only some special financing rates. I still got the $750 when the dealer looked up rabates I qualified for. He told me I recieved the rebate because my home address matched an address that qualified for the rebate. Ford recieved my address twice. Once when ordering my car and once when ordering the brochure. Its one of three things. Either Ford looked at my order and thought they'd play nice and give me the $750, Ford sent out hordes of people to randomly write down addresses, or this brochure thing is real.

Again, I had no coupon, my brochure mentions only financing.

I don't understand that, since both are private rebates (not available to everyone), and I've been told I can only combine the $750 brochure rebate with a public rebate such as the $500 customer cash. I'm eligible for the $500 police rebate, but they won't allow it with the $750 brochure rebate.

Is Parkesburg close enough? (dealer is in Paoli though)

Ordered a 2010 brochure (in my wife's name) and a 2011 brochure in my name late April. The 2010 brochure came within a week -no coupon. Called Ford Customer Service (5/10/10) after receiving my VIN #, the CS rep informed me that a "private offer" was in the system. Called my salesman and he verified that the rebate was applicable to the 2011 I ordered.

The 2011 brochure (w/ $750 rebate) came in this past weekend.
