A 40 degree day would be nice. It was -12 this morning...

I didn't cover mine this year with the GT/CS cover that came with the car. Do you worry about the wind whipping that cover around and scratching? Even though mine was covered last year and in a garage, it was very dusty under the cover and even the interior seemed pretty dusty. Decided to leave cover off this year to limit those types of scratches.

Any tried and true methods out there?

You just be getting your wish, Nick (and mine too). Starting Saturday North Jersey might see high 30's, and the remainder of the week will be in the 40's...with a possibility of close to 50 by mid-week.

Of course the down side to that is flooding, so we still can't take the Mustangs out!!!!!

Yup, my drive home today, and I'm so glad I have my Blizzaks . I love them, I saw a bunch of cars, including Jeeps fishtailing on my way home today, I was getting on the pedal and couldn't even get my tires to spin out.

I used to worry about the wind blowing the cover off and the maybe creating some minor clear coat scratches until I got these:

Gust Strap Car Cover Wind Protector - Protect Your Car Cover From Blowing Off in High Wind... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B007W6X7C8..._Lky-ub0CWVYGC

Best $15 I've spent to keep that worry at bay. I've had them on since I put the cover on in November and we've had some real heavy duty winds too.

I use the cover that came with my 2014 GT/CS and in wind so strong it snapped my aluminum flagpole, the cover never budged! IMO, best cover I've ever owned.

Something is really wrong when Boise has nicer weather than Dallas. It has been spring like here for about 6 weeks. Just unbelievable.... Loving it.

I have a couple of other friends that drive 2014 Genesis ( he hates it in the snow) says he struggles to drive it straight, even while driving diligently.

other buddy has a 2013 Toyota FRS and says that he has the same issues. mind you, his car is so light, when I drove his car last summer, it fish tailed like crazy then! I can only image what it is like in snow.

I'm curious to hear about anyone who doesn't have LSD on their mustang and how it handles in the snow!

Mine has the Performance Pack that includes LSD and I love it. the car drives straight unless I want it to do something otherwise.

I feel more comfortable driving my mustang in the snow than my wife's santa fe....

Temps in the 40's and 50's all week. It was 50 degrees on Sunday and I got the car out. Here's to hopefully not seeing another "snow stang" again until the fall!!

I couldn't wait. Got up to 65 in Minnesota and out came the Pony. Had a doctor appointment and it was so nice out the top came down. First vert of the year that I've seen. It was soooooo nice having the Coyote sing and running through the gears. It's been a long winter. Hope the snow stays away.

We are supposed to get close to 60 tomorrow but there's still too much snow and salt around. We have rain tonight and this Saturday so I'm hoping a lot of the crud on the roads gets washed away. I can almost here her start for the first time in months.

Almost there. Hard to believe how much snow was here a couple of weeks ago. Still lots to go but I'm seeing light at the end of the tunnel.

I needed to peek today. I didn't have my keys so I quietly looked inside and thought of the good times we've had so far. Then I had to cover her up again because IT IS PRETTY COLD AND WINDY TODAY. The good thing is the car is clean. Yeah it's needs a wash but the California cover is still amazing. Come on 60's!
