those look real nice. If these are too pricey (they were for me) an alternative would be to use a textured aluminum-look vinyl to put over the switchplates. I ordered a roll from ebay for like $15.

I did the window switch panels and the headlight switch plate. looks good and matches the brushed aluminum trim on the premium very well.
