Should I pick up this 2014 mustang gt?
Here are some things it has(Manual)

owner wants 20k should I go for it?

Well there a lot more to factor in other than just what appearance and exhaust it has. Did you see it in person, did you get to look at it underneath, is there rust, does it shift ok, does the tranny wine, there are a ton of things you have to factor in. Sounds like a good car but if you didn't see it in person or were not able to test drive it I would be a little weary of it for those factors alone. Don't mean to be a downer I would be excited as much as you but you have to make sure it's not just a appearance factor that is selling you. It has to be a quality vehicle. $20,000 is a good chunk of change and don't think you want to run the rabbit hole of repairing what this person did to it if there are any problems.

If it is in real good condition, mods were done well/correctly, and has been well maintained, $20K is a pretty decent price in today's market . . . pre-pandemic it might have been maybe $15-18K
