Should I get a Nitrous kit for my 12' Tr6060 5.0?

2012 5.0

Tr6060 6M, 3.73, Steeda CAI, Steeda Lower Control Arms, Shaftmasters aluminum driveshaft, Mcleaod twin disc clutch, 1 7/8 stainless works long tube headers, catbacks, high flow x pipe, Brenspeed tune, MGW short throw shifter.

I was considering a 150 shot of nitrous and dyno tune from Brenspeed. I just wanted some opinions on that.

Thanks guys!

Oh I'm taking my car in to D and D performance tomorrow morning to get my car out of fail safe mode and get my speedo reading.

Hopefully you get the speedo set up right, from what I have been told Nitrous is a lot safer than it used to be. Either way I'd still take a supercharger or turbo over it, but that's just personal preference. I know a few people running it, but not sure what shot they are doing

I think you should get a nitrous kit for yourself, then you won't care about the car...

I love my car sir. Brenspeed says it's safe with their dyno tune and the tech said he's ran it on his Stang for 6 years.
I have a friends with an auto 11 CS 5.0 with Nitrous, Brenspeed dyno tune, and LT's He beat an 11 vette with fully built motor, heads, and nitrous. The vette lost $580. He should trade it in for a 5.0!

Anyhow, I just want to know if it's safe or not and want to hear opinions on it. I don't want to hurt my car though.

Thanks.

Brenspeed says that it can run a 150 shot all day. Lol

Why was your car parked so close to the other Mustang? And yes...you should definately do nitrous. As long as you get a good tune from someone that knows what they're doing, you should be fine.

That's a friend in that Mach 1 he bumped into me. Some fat chick was leaning on his car so we decided to back his at up. I was backing him up and I was in-between both cars. I said "stop" he didn't... And rolled into mine.
