To be able to mount an aftermarket 6x8 you may need to get the stock plastic speaker basket that mounts to the sheet metal. The standard radio used the same as the previous model years. Your dealer should be able to get these parts for you.

The dealer only sells the speaker and mount as an assemly.
This means you buy the assembly, then remove the speaker and
install an aftermarket 6x8 speaker. Maybe Crutchfield will offer
a mount for the 2013 door speaker in the future.
