SG GT500 tailight mod chops (pics from Sharpie)

Just in case you guys don't read the GT500 section, thought I'd share. I had been really wanting to see what a SG car looked like with the reverse lights smoked, and now after my quick chops, I don't really like it. I also don't like them redded out. I might go back and red out ONE reverse light and leave the other one, and maybe do an "euro amber" chop as well. Thoughts?

Stock:

Reverse lights smoked:

Redded out tails:

Redded out with small reverse light (similar to 05-09)

Clear/silvered out (Idk, just messing around lol):

All smoked:

Blacked out:

Now these are just quick and dirty chops. I could do better if I took my time. But just to give people ideas....

Thanks for the chops, it's nice to see side by side comparisons. I like the smoked the best. I want to get that done but have been unable to find a place that will do it. Me and tint haven't gotten along too well in the past or I would try it myself.

Personally, I think stock looks best in this case.

I agree. They are quick chops so maybe that's it, but after doing them, I think Ford did okay with the tailights!

As long as we're doing fictional photochopping, can you make one with a unicorn? Thanks!

I hope the next-gen Mustang has a true tri-bar tailight setup (ie: 3-vertical lenses separated by actual sheet metal) similar to that of '69 Mustangs. It just looks right.
