I'm new to the area and looking to get my 3.73 gears installed and trying to find a reputable speed shop, any recommendations on what shops to use/ or don't use in the Hampton Virginia area?

You can check out Flim Flam Speed out in Richmond. I know the name sounds funny, but they do setup some American Iron cars so they should be more than capable of handling a gear swap. If not, JPC Racing in MIllersville, MD is sort of kind of close to you and they definitely would be able to get the job done.
