remove/change dash gauge/vent trim bezels

Am I the only one who gets blinded by these things? Seriously quite often the sun reflects right off the shiny finish and glares in my eyes. The worst offender is the center vent bezel.

I want to either change them out or refinish them somehow. I sat in a 2013 Boss and noticed that they had a matte/brushed finish on them. Are the 2012 Boss pieces like that? Any one ever removed these before? I assume they just snap out?

I'm waiting to see how to picks to remove them. I've heard they pop out but need to see it. Yep right in the eye a couple times a day

I wouldn't mind swapping mine out either. You'd also want to do the door pulls and speaker grilles while you're at it.

Subscribed to this thread. I want to change mine out for the ones in a Boss. I like the "trans-am" swirl style of them.

I don't remember what thread it was, but someone I guess sanded theirs to get a satin finish....no glare, and it matches the rest of the dash.
