Recaro Seats for 2013 Shelby GT500

Just placed my order on a Shelby GT500. Don't know if I should get the Recaro seats. Any thoughts?

Thank you for your input. Regards.

George

Or have you seen them? My dealer didn't have any and said I could do without them. Thank you.

Regards.

Do a search for "recaros" on here and you will get plenty of positive responses.

They are super comfortable and one of the few things you can get on a 2013 that I want for my 2012.

If you plan to track the car at all, you will want them. You will be all over the cockpit with the standard seats at speed.

The headrest on the regular seats alone is enough for me to say go with the recaros.

Thanks for the response guys. I called the dealer and had them added. The $1600 plus the track package and the SVT PP with Nav all added up. But, I think the car will be worth it in the long run. Thanks again.

I really like my Recaros but I'd pass on the Nav. Wish mine didn't have it. I like simplicity and not a touch screen with finger prints spots all over it.

The EP is worth every dollar in my opinion.

If I was ordering a GT500 I would order every bell and whistle I could get, fill that option list up.

Some years down the road some collector would wet his panties over it.

no one is going to go crazy over cars in the future. They will be like CRT's are now. People will go oh cool the gamma is pretty good but I like my LED better. In one hundred years no one will be able to afford gas(maybe latter this year it will happen) and the value will go down and ti will be a simple art bit of art.

just think about it... you go over to a guys house and see and gargae fully of crt's.. are you going to go oh no way thats amazing you kept all that stuff you couldnt use.
