Question for those of you w/ a 2010 Mustang..

doesn't matter the trim level. i suppose this is more for the early build 2010 owners but any will do. my question is does your car have valve stem TPMS sensors or band style sensors? i've seen some 2010 Fords have both so thought i'd see if some cars had both in the same model year...

Mine had Valve Stem, no Bands. I do believe all the 2010 Mustangs were Valve Stem.

Aren't the 10-14s all valve stem style?

ah alright. well i'm asking mainly because i have a friend w/ a 2007 Mustang GT/CS w/ TPMS (band sensors) and he might be interested in some factory wheels from one of my uncles previous Mustangs and that'd be a 2010 GT with valve stem sensors. if he does want the wheels i'd hope that the valve stem sensors from the 2010 can interact and sync up with the 2007 computer..

Afraid not, they are not backward compatible, just have to install the proper sensor for the year of car.
