Hi Guys: I am looking to order and am confused about what it takes to get the extra set of lights that some of you have on the front, in the grill area. Dealer says they are not fog lights but cannot tell me what option or package they come with...many thanks..

 

Which Model are you looking at ? An awesome V6 or the GT ?

 

I'd say go to another dealer if they can't answer that simple question!

 

The GT has the foglights in the grill. The base V-6 model does not.

 

I think he has seen an aftermarket front bumper for the G.T. that had foglights. Four foglights total. Maybe?

 

Possibly a Roush, Shelby, or other aftermarket setup, sounds like.

Now I'm confused (nevertheless the dealer sounds really confused on this topic)...

The GT has integrated FOG lights in the main grille (between the headlights):



The GT/CS (California Special) has NO foglights in the main grille, but has the foglights located in the lower front valence (bumper):




The base V6 model has NO fog lights at all:





In addition there are after-market bumper assemblies, which feature additional fog lights, e.g. Roush:



Hope this helps to clear up some of the confusion... maybe you should take the pics to your dealer?

Those are just the stock V6 fogs, I do believe the C/S are different (actually looking at them side by side at the dealers lot), but I could be wrong.

 

Sorry for not being clear. I was referring to the base GT, which as shown here, has the fog lights in the grill. Many thanks for the help.
