Quality of American Muscle wheels?
Just looking for opinions on their "GT500" rims. All the rims I have picked out so far have not panned out in my search for reviews. So the American Muscle rims are the next on my list.
Thanks, Griff

I've had a set of OE wheels which are similar and the quality was good for the price paid. They don't however come anywhere close in quality to a non-repop style wheel made by manufacturers like Fikse, HRE, iForged etc. But then you're talking about a 10th of the price as well.
For everyday style on a budget, they are great.

Some of the FRPP GT500 wheels are at such a great price, you might as well go OEM for about the same price.
Edit:
I do know what it is like to get some bad quality wheels on a budget (Eagle Alloys) but if you treat them right then they will be pretty good to you.
On a side note, some of these wheels that are very good OEM replicas with OEM fitment can only be found in replica form. Take the SN95 FR500 wheels. Found any authentic versions of those lately? But they fit SN95's and Foxes like a glove.
Fiske, HRE, sure because we can all afford wheels ordered months in advance because they are built to order. That'd be great and when I have the money, I'd go that route, but until then the replicas are about all some have.

That would be nice. I thought about purchasing 2 and having Weldcraft widen them, but it would require a serious spacer. My factory BBP wheels already rub in some situations on the passenger side inside wheel well. I measured clearance and in factory form there's only about an inch to work with.
Having a proper backspaced wider wheel would be nice.
