Putting on a coat of Blackfire Wet Diamond...

This might sound strange but one of my favorite parts of waxing or sealing a car is looking at it while the product hazes just KNOWING how amazing the car is going to look after it's wiped off.....

Anyone else?

(Pics will follow when done..............)

looks good...over the years i have used a lot of product....stuff that costs a lot more, is harder to apply and take off, and needs to be applied more often, and blackfires paint sealant is the best stuff i have used. I actually had an incident last week with a leaf blower(don't ask) where i got oil on my ridiculously clean black car, and the ish just slid right off. i would reccomend it to anyone.

I need to get some of this stuff.

There's a cleaner/polish/sealant, a sealant, and a carnuba wax. Do I need all 3?

No, you only need the blackfire wet diamond, which is a sealant. Claying the car prior to putting the wetfire on is optional but highly recommended.

I'm posting more pics in the Lava Red section but the weather broke a bit. It's still overcast so it's hard to see the red but... Blackfire is the real deal.

Man, that is uber-siiick! I still think my Zaino is at least on par but there's no arguing your polish is top-notch. And the photography subject puts Brooklyn Decker to shame.

Beautiful car!! That lava red color is one of a kind. Just washed and waxed my girl today! I get the same feeling watching the wax haze. So much excitement and anticipation of what it'll be all finished.

For looks Blackfire is noticeably better than the Zaino system. I used Zaino on all my cars (usually between 6 and 8) for over 10 years for the protection aspect. Zaino is tough stuff. I switched to Blackfire for the looks and it does not disappoint. Its too early to know if it protects for as long as Zaino, but I won't change back even if it doesn't, just use Blackfire more often. Blackfire is so ridiculously easy to use it would still save time overall. It is virtually oblivious to how long you wait before buffing off and it buffs off with almost no pressure on the microfiber.

Has anyone compared Blackfire to Meg's NXT 2.0? Which shines better?

I haven't done a direct comparison but I do like NXT 2.0. I use it on my wife's car. My biggest problem with it is that it doesn't seem to last very long. Jury is still out on the Blackfire but next time I do her car I will use Blackfire and post up comparison pics.

The ease, protection, and shine of Blackfire blows NXT out of the water.
Blackfire is a paint sealant NXT is not.

Hmm I might consider trying blackfire. I've been using NXT which looks great but I want great long lasting protection.

Don't mean to highjack, just wanted to post my finished wax. Clay + NXT. I'll definitely give this blackfire a try if it's a good sealant.

NXT is good as far as over the counter waxes go. Poorboys, Zaino, Wolfgang, Blackfire, etc, are in a whole different league. Blackfire gets my vote, there's nothing not to like. Easy to apply and remove, lasts for months, and it's cheap. Look how wet my paint looks in the attached photos above. Those aren't even very good photos, just quickies I took with a $100 point and shoot camera.
