Props to Barton Industries...
Just wanted to show some love to Barton Industries and their Customer Service... I had a new shift ****/adapter shipped to me last week and while my UPS tracker said it was delivered, there was no package at my doorstep when I got home. When I told Dave at Barton, he politely and promptly shipped another one. I'll definitely be getting their full shifter setup in the near future. I'd also def recommend Barton!

I'd have called ups and found out where in the hell my package was.
And what's the difference between mailing you a new one or sending it by ups so they can lose it again?

Ouch.
Thanks for the update though, I dunno about other people but stuff like this really helps me make my mind up when two companies offer a similar product.

Ups didn't steal or lose your shift ****, more likely it's one of your neighbors. Every package in the ups system is automatically insured up to 100.00

I'd still have been all over UPS to find out where they left the package. I've had them leave stuff for me and I couldn't find it, turns out the driver stuffed it under my front steps and I didn't see it and one time they left it at a neighbors and once they just flat delivered it to the wrong address. Any more now though they just drop the stuff anywhere and haul butt.

The first one never arrived... The 2nd was to be shipped to my office and signed for... They started the processing and it said it was shipping... Then it said shipment cancelled... Now I can't get a call back... No worries... My tri-ax is on the way

Nope, I like em both. But that one box did **** me off. I coveted that Marshall for years before buying it. And its got a tear on the tolex right on the front. I mean I expect that out of Greyhound, but not UPS. lol
