The autoblog review raved about the new Shaker. They also said the door panels had internal changes to prevent vibrations...

We'll see! I would assume the doors are still mid bass drivers but it would be nice if they could do the full range. I'd like to hear a review of just the Shaker not the Pro.

Happened to come across that in a google search earlier.... makes it look like they will be full range drivers but it also does not have a distinction between the pro and regular systems. I would suspect the drivers in the doors will be full range now esp after that bit about the door panels being redone in the 2013's and the pro will just have the extra subwoofer in the trunk then again it is quite a bit extra for just a subwoofer and more power.

Nice find! I'm looking forward to hearing the system and how it compares to the Sony system in my Focus with one 8 in the trunk.

Its entirely (for the most part anyway), a new system. And from what I've read on reviews and from Ford, the subwoofers in the door are now actually full range subwoofers.

I can't wait to compare it to my Focus with the Sony either

Was thinking the same thing. I like it way better than any wheel in any car I've owned previously.

My previous car was a volkswagen GTI, it had a smaller diameter steering wheel and i loved it. That would probably be my only complaint about my new mustang, but its not a big deal what-so-ever.

Not a review, as such, but a neat short overview

Hi Guys.

Pretty close to pulling the trigger on a '13. But Ive seen some videos that look like the tailight "halos" blink sequentially with the turn signal but in some it looks like only the inner portion is sequential. Can some one who has seen these in person confirm.

While I haven't noticed that before and I'm also wondering why the difference?...Is that really your deciding factor?

If the headlights are on, the outline red part will always be on.

So in the first video, the turn signal is active without the headlights on.
The 2nd video, the headlights must be on. Its a safety thing.

I think it has to do with the day-time driving lights being on/off

I was just doing these today, in the morning.

Browsing for reviews, very easy to find them all via Google

The geekazine video is quite long.
