Wanting to get a custom shift **** for my 2013. Found Pony Express Auto Parts. Has anyone used them? Or know of a good place?

Does anyone have a custom shift ****?

 

I have one for my grabber blue 2012.... i ordered it about 6 months ago. I ordered the wrong boot adapter and was told to return it and havent had my new one sent nor can i get ahold of any customer service...
Great customer service at first then they disappeared haha
All that aside it's a great product. Just wish they would answer their phones or emails.

 

When I bought a shifter **** the company was called GrabberPony.com. Per the Pony Express website its says they bought GrabberPony. GrabberPony had good customer service - the new company ??.

 

Yeah I've been sending them emails and no response, wander if anyone else does the same product.

 

I just ordered a custom **** from www.speedawg.com they got some nice stuff there

Yeah I had great service before they were bought, now I cant get ahold of anyone to complete my exchange... they already have my return so now im out the part and the money bogus!

Aren't the grabberpony ***** engraved?

 

I have been wanting to order one from grabberpony/pony express. They dont show anything in stock and dont return phone calls or emails though. Guess will look at speeddawg

 

Yes the ***** are...but the boot adapters are not

 

the grabber pony style looks like the lettering/shift pattern are engraved into the ****. Is this correct? I would personally not like that. I'd much rather the feel of **** being smooth like the Boss 302 **** I currently have. I am really looking for a black **** with GHIG lettering / shift pattern

 

They are engraved! and it's not anything that would bother someone. I like the 3D look it gives it! Just wish i had the boot adapter to put on with it... stupid customer service

 

Engraved and then sealed over to fill in the engraving so it is smooth? Or if you run your fingers over it you can feel the shift pattern?

 

I have the Boss 302 ****, I got it from www.partscheap.com and had it over a year but as I go to local car shows and see other 5.0s and Boss mustangs I realize that my **** is a knock off :-/ I didn't realize until I see the ***** are a deep black and bigger... so that's y I'm on the market for another, I'm kinda **** and like authentic looking stuff
