I've had the worst experience in my mustang. I've had my car been repainted 4 times, because they didn't do it right and kept peeling off.... Since ever I had my car it had an factory alarm that I had installed in a different dealership. My alarm started to go crazy on me and went to my closest dealership, so they had it replaced.... My alarm doesn't even work anymore and my car doesn't want to start anymore! The dome left light stays dimmed but not completely off and that didn't happened before! Seriously I think they already ****ed up my car since the engine light stays on... Reason why I say this is because one time I saw one sock behind my car and wondered who's sock was it. I asked my gf and she said it wasn't hers... No one gets on my car except me and her... I was like okay I guess... Now yesterday my car stayed at the dealership because they had to replace the alarm like a said above... Today I worked and one of my coworkers told me he saw my car at a house which isn't mine! So now I'm more than sure they use my car while it was suppose to be at the dealership! Idk what to do anymore, my car doesn't turn on anymore..

**** sorry to hear that. Thats painful, all i can tell you is to go to a different dealer. If they cant fix it after 4 times stay away from them. Search online on how to disable the alarm, i think your alarm is not allowing your car to turn on. Good luck

I think you're at the point where you should be talking to an attorney. There's not much anyone here is going to be able to help you with, with those kinds of issues. What a crappy situation though. Sorry to hear that...

I'm 22 and I've never been in a situation like this.. Parents went out of town and won't be back until Thursday so I don't know what to do... I'm carless right now and I'll have to be asking for rides to work. It really frustrates me. Idk if I should call a different dealership where I bought my car, so they can have it towed there. I really want them to check everything and be problem free. I'll tell them my situation and see what they will tell me

I see. Is there another dealership in your area? I have 3 in my area and I trust none of them, for stuff just like this. The 4th is almost 30 miles away, one way. I need some warranty work done and I've been putting it off...because of that fact.

Good luck buddy. If you have another dealer then have it towed there!

There's only one dealership close by. Where I bought my car it's 30 miles from where I live. Right now my car stayed at work, when I turned my key to on position everything turns on(radio,lights)... but when I try to turn on the car nothing happens, I tryed to press the clutch so many times and still nothing... When the key is in on position I can hear the gas pump but not crank. I did noticed my engine light flash every 2 seconds, I don't know if that's suppose to happen. When I picked my car everything was fine but when I came back to work and got out the car didn't want to turn on anymore. Hopefully it's really nothing bad, or I'll talk to that dealership and tell them everything or call to ford and see what I can do

Def seems like something with the alarm...see any loose wires up in the pedal box, specifically around the clutch pedal?

I went to check my car again and it's definetly the alarm. I started to mess around with the alarm box and it made a weird noise when I moved the cables around and the flashing light started to light like crazy. Tried to turn on the car and finally it did! I disconnected the alarm box for now because I notice a constant click coming from there, definitely is not normal. Car only turns on when it makes that noise tho so tomorrow I'll have to mess around with it to turn it on. I'll take it to the dealership where I bought it from and hopefully they fix it.

Hello fivepoint00,

I’m concerned about your experience with your dealer and would like to get it documented for you. Also, I’d like to escalate your concern to the customer service manager for your area if needed. Will you please PM me with your VIN, dealer (selling and servicing), mileage, full name, and best daytime number.

Deysha

Already pm you. Today in the morning I went to the dealership I bought my car and they said they can't touch my car because the other dealership already installed the alarm. That they have to service my car... I don't want to go back to that dealership, I don't trust them with my car. I want another dealership to fix my issue

Update* thanks to Deysha someone contacted me about my problem. Yesterday I went to the dealership and came through the front, I had asked the sales person where could I contact the service manager that I really wanted to talk to him. He told me that he had just saw him pass a few minutes ago, then showed me the way to the service place. I asked one of the ppl of service if I could talk to the service manager, they didn't answered my question and asked if there was q problem or any concerns. I just wanted to talk to the manager, but then said he had left and idk what... I think they didn't want me to talk to him. I had to leave my car at the dealership so they could at least "try" to fix my problem. Today when I got out of work I went again and finally contacted the manager. I told him about EVERYTHING! That someone was using my car when my car was getting serviced... He answered that he didn't knew about that. I asked that I wanted to see the video cameras so I could see that my car left the dealership cameras , but he said he couldn't because the cameras were broken!... I also told him they damaged my front bumper, when they had to drill the bottom so they could install my license bracket. Instead now my front chin spoiler has drilling holes and part of the bumper has a drill hole. I told the manager that they even charged me to do that job.... he then answered that they were not suppose to do that. He told me to leave my car there, that he is going to take charge and that he's going to make sure they do it right. He now knows he has two "rats" and hes going to have to fire someone for doing side jobs they shouldn't be doing and be driving my car without my permission

Glad this is being handled for you, fivepoint00. Keep me updated.
