The persistent wrench llight

Looking for some help/ or ideas. My 2010 gt had the wrench light pop up about a month ago. This is my wife’s daily driver, all interstate. The only thing she noticed was an occasional hard shift ( once every few weeks ) and when I started driving it trying to figure out the problem I noticed the rpms were staying about 2300 at 75 instead of dropping down when overdrive kicks in and the lock up is engaged. It seemed to shift good and never went into limp mode. Really would have known there was a problem except for noticing the rpm’s and slight decrease in mpg. First code it had was a manifold positioning switch. That was cleared and never came back. Then P0471 ( torque convertor solenoid/TCC activated. I have had a complete rebuild of transmission, clutch material and some brass in pan, it needed it (167,000 miles). They also checked the TPS and cleaned the throttle body. Does not appear to be computer. Everything is new but wrench light still comes on after about 10-15 minutes of driving on interstate. I am running out ideas, has my transmission and local ford shop scratching their heads. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Has anyone else experienced this? Getting old and as of last Friday 3-10-2023 no hard codes and never set off the check engine light just wrench.
