Performance Package - Got one? Getting one?

So anyone take delivery yet? Got one on order?

Just ordered mine yesterday. I cant freaking wait. The closest one on a lot is 1100 miles away so dealer just figured order it. He said if I didnt want it when it got there he could sell it

MY V6 = Sterling Gray - PP - Lip Spoiler - Tape Stripe delete
(Debated on the lip spoiler but thought I would regret not getting it)

Only mods planned are:

Billet Grill
Fogs
K&N - Maybe once perforamce is proven
Supercharger when it's off Warranty assuming I still have it

This is my 2nd Ford ...first one was a 1976 Capri...hahaha. I drove the 2011 V6 a few weeks ago and was VERY impressed and sold right away. I knew this had to be the next car for me.

Where are you?

Sonrise Ford in N. Hollywood Ca. has a sterling gray with the spoiler and no stripe.

C'mon Ltngdrvr stop torturing yourself by searching dealer inventories and looking at pictures. Order one already, you know you want to

Can't remember the screen name but there is a guy on here who works at a dealer near Seattle that said they were getting a bunch of V6 PP cars and they would be there soon.

Mine arrived today. Right on time.

Too bad I won't be able to pick it up until Thursday. I could pick it up tomorrow but my salesperson says he will only be in for a training session then he has to meet his "tax guy." I don't know how to feel about that. Why should I have to work my schedule around his?

Hopefully the GT500 valance will be installed by the time I pick it up. I gave him the part # today. I guess I was expecting Ford to be behind schedule so it wasn't urgent. He said it would take a day for the part to get there.

I also got a midterm worth 20% of total grade on Wednesday, and I know if I got my car tomorrow I'd say F it and just drive the entire day.

My Roush side splitters arrived today. Perfect condition. Very satisfied.

I am kind of disappointed with AM, though. I guess I read too many posts about next-day delivery. Everything I ordered through them will take at least 9 days to get here. One of the items has the tracking information up but has not had any arrival/departure scans, which leads me to believe that it's backordered, though it does say its delivery is estimated to be on-time which would be 10/12.

My guy is Doug Jackson at Galpin Ford in North Hills. Nice guy.

If the parts have a tracking number generated then they have shipped, they don't get tracking until a shipping label has been made and printed and they won't do that until the package is ready to go. Takes a while for the package to get into the system sometimes after they pick it up.

^^^

I also have a sterling gray with performance package (https://themustangsource.com/f789/20...ackage-487954/) and for whatever reason the wheel gap doesn't look as bad in person. All the pictures I have taken, flash or not flash, the wheel gap look double what it actually is. It could be the angle I guess. Next year I'm planning a 1" drop plus new struts/shocks because I find the ones included in the performance package a little bit too soft for my taste.

Your car looks sweet! Im planning the same grill on mine. Lame you can't get the MCA package without the premium. Makes no sense to me.
