I'm Kyle I'm 21 I bought my pile of a 68 mustang in may of '05 when I was 16 and Ive been working on it and loving second of it. It's not the prettiest car you will see around town but it makes me very proud that it was built not bought.

 

27. 2nd mustang. First was a Candy 1968.

 

43 now. 44 in October.

1st Mustang was when I was 17. A 1968 Fastback with 390 2V / C6 (One of 201). Being young and having no respect for history I immmediately swappped it for a 428PI out of a Police Car.

1st new one was my 22nd Birthday Present to myself. A Black 1989 LX 5.0 Fastback w/ 5-Spd Manual, 3.08 and AC.

Between the 1989 and 2007 I went over to the Dark Side (Corvettes).

2007 GT Deluxe was my 2nd New Mustang. 2011 GT will be my 3rd.

I'm 46 and will order my 4th Stang in July in time for my 47 B-Day
1st Stang - 84 GT (175 hp) 5-speed at age 21
2nd Stang - 86 GT (200 hp) 5-speed at age 24
3rd Stang - 96 GT (215 hp) 5-speed at age 32

Been wanting back into the Mustang Framily since the 05s came out. But between paying for college, braces and who knows what else, had to wait. Was ready to pull the trigger on a 2010 until I heard about the rumored 5.0. But, during the wait, my daughter announced her engagement and now the misses is insiting that I wait until after the wedding to order my Stang...But I forced the issue with the sell of my 06 Jetta and now just waiting for July to come. Can't wait!!

 

I am 35 and my 2010 is my 10th Mustang. I am married with 2.2 kids and a mortgage. Here's the list in order.

I was age 28 when I ordered my '05 GT in 2004 (29 when it came in Nov. 04).

I'll be 34 when my 2011 GT comes in... as long as it gets here before July!

 

Just turned 56 (jealous 57s?). Wanted a Boss 302 when I was in my low 20's but could not afford it. This will be my first.

 

I'm 35. This will be my first Mustang. I drove a girlfriend's four cylinder '81 a few times in high school, but never considered buying one until the 2010.

 

Well from the posts so far, looks like I'm in "third place" at 62. Got my first stang at 20 in 77 which was a "semi-totaled" 65 a shade tree body guy sold me cheap. Won the "draft lottery" and intended to get my next one when I got out. 38 years later, finally got my second Stang. Thought this would be my last but visions of a 2015 V6 Convert are popping up in my mind or whats left of it from time to time,

 

I am 42 and this will be my 6th. Started with a 74" back in 1984, which was by far the worst Mustang in my opinion ever. Everything after that was great.

 

I'm unfortunately 40 (it hurts saying that !)

I've owned a 97 GT, 00 GT, 05 GT and should get my 11 GT within the next 2 weeks !

Oh, I've also own a 79 Capri RS and a 89 Probe LX ... I basically have owned only Ford products although I almost joined the dark side with contemplating a BMW 135i !

 

Learned to drive on a '65, had a couple in between, went to turbo Buicks for 18 yrs, then when the
05 came out, just had to go back. Gave the 05 to my daughter and impatiently waiting for my"11 GT,
which was supposed to be here yesterday ! !
BTW- turned 61 in March so guess I am 4th in line here

 

40.....

Two previous Mustangs, both 89 5.0 LX hatch backs bought new. One Black (was stolen) and one red. I have driven mostly pick up trucks since then because of their usefullness. But, once I heard about the 2011 5.0, I decided to get back in the game.

 

Holy Crap!!! Some of you guys are old..........This is strange......This will be my 5th new Mustang i have bought and i'm 57 years old too.

 

Gotta be something wrong with Mustangs, when they attract old farts like us
