Oil Change
If you use full Synthetic and don't do track, autox or strip driving you can easily go 7500 miles between changes. Just make sure you use a filter rated for this change interval.

I change my oil 3-4x per year and do the analysis every other oil change. The longest interval I've had analyze was 10,000 miles and the sample came back still well within normal wear, with a recommendation that I could go as long as 12,000 miles easily. This is using Castrol Edge w/ Syntec 5W-20. My usual interval is 7,500 or 4 months because I drive this thing a lot - currently at 114k+. If you want to see the last analysis I had done, which also includes all the previous data for comparison, check this link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7I...ew?usp=sharing
The oil life monitor is very accurate and perfectly fine to go by. Ford's not really in the business of putting systems in their cars that lead to engine problems down the road, which is why I don't understand how many guys ignore it and think they know better.
