It's a pair. Decent price for a set. Cheapest I've found is $702 each from a dealer.

neema 5/8/12 08:01 PM

prices on these tail lights should come down drastically after some more 2013s hit the market. remember, every model (including v6s) come with them, so they're going to turn up in wrecking yards, etc

if you're looking for OEM 2013 rear lamps, i think patience is virtue

Overboost 5/10/12 09:18 AM

Right now I'm looking for part numbers for the bumper cover lower extension and the license plate surround.

neema 5/10/12 09:44 PM

FYI part numbers for the 2013 GT500 rear bumper is: DR3Z17K835APTM

and in case they haven't been posted, the 2013 tail light part numbers are: DR3Z13405A / DR3Z13404A

We need the bumper to fit 2013 tail lights which is a bummer

No, you don't. The new tails will fit without replacing the bumper, but you have a gap on the bottom edges of the tails.

I found the license plate panel but don't have a part number yet. Cost is $66.

UltraKla$$ic 5/11/12 11:57 AM

Does anybody know the part number for the "13 GT/CS front bumper splitter? I want one.

Also, the part number for the '13 Boss rear bumper diffuser?

You need the whole rear fascia to put the insert in. DR3Z-17F828-AA. No idea on cost.

I guess the GT500 rear bumper is the same as the Boss 302 rear bumper cover except for the diffuser. since I don't want to do a quad exhaust, it would probably make sense to get the Boss 302 bumper cover. the GT one is kinda ugly.

or....I can wait for the RTR rear bumper cover which is REAL nice!

Overboost 5/22/12 08:56 PM

Here's some more part numbers I was able to deduce:

Rear fascia without diffuser: DR3Z-17K835-APTM
License plate surround: DR3Z-17B390-AA ($66.45)
Boss 302 Lower bumper extension: DR3Z-17F828-AA
GT500 Lower bumper extension: DR3Z-17F828-AB

GT500 quad tip exhaust: DR3Z-5230-L and DR3Z-5230-M ($301.75 each)

I still can't get pricing for the diffusers, but I did get the mufflers now, and am considering the GT500 lower diffuser, 2013 GT500 mufflers, and Boss H-pipe.

I didn't see this mentioned in this thread. Wanted to express interest in adding the boss rear lower valance and front splitter to a 2013 GT. The rear valance appears to be a bolt-on.

Can't get used to that license plate change....too large looking

Shaker and Track Apps are not the same thing. From what I've learned, Track Apps require a lot of harness modifications, which will cost a boatload to do afterwards.

Harness as in quick connects? Because I was curious what it would take to run them in a base 2013 GT

The only part number I could come up with was DR3Z-13B374-A, and it looks like the price went up since you captured that. I tried a variety of other suffixes but couldn't come up with a second one. I don't believe it's the same part on both sides, but I could be wrong.

I do have part numbers for the full mirrors too:

D/S with PP and heat DR3Z-17682-DA
P/S with PP and heat DR3Z-17682-AA

My understanding was in reference to a 2010-2012 car. You will most likely need some wiring harnesses in addition to the cluster as well, but I don't know for sure. If you need a harness, you're looking at thousands of dollars in most cases.

Overboost 5/23/12 08:08 PM

2013 GT500 rear brake pads: BRF-1082-D ($66.63)

These will fit 2007-2012 GT500s and GTs and are more aggressive than the older pads.

Good luck. It's really not as easy as you think.

Believe me, I expect to fail miserably ... But like you, I will do so like a boss :heh:

Just do your homework. The downside to a swap as intensive as that is there are a lot of components, inputs, and other things to consider. I'd love to see someone do it, but I just don't think it's going to be possible.

My biggest question is what controls all of it. If I can find the wiring diagrams for the 2013s I can at least figure out some of the wiring but one of the biggest questions is what controls everything. Is it the CAN or the BUS or the ECU. I mean I don't really care if I have the track apps but the gauges would be a very cool feature to have such as A/F ratio since I believe they run off of the dual widebands. There is still a lot of research to be done luckily I have a couple of months left before I get my car and even then I am in no rush to swap out the dash. I am hoping that with the 2013s the gauge pods will be as simple as swapping the 2005-2010 gauges to make it easier and faster to assemble during production but I highly doubt it will be that simple. It would be nice if I could get the service manuals for the 2013s this way I can look at it and examine it and get some even more brilliant minds to help me with it.
