the angles really bother me to the point where it's hard to enjoy the view of the pictures, you can tell the shots would looks awesome but i'm craning my neck to level it.

try using the flash next time, combined with the long exposure, you can light up the car and get the skyline in the rear.

or go with a very long exposure
