New Owner here - After 2 months waiting

Hey Guys,

Here is a couple shots I just took of my freshly arrived GT500.

So far I am VERY, VERY impressed by the car and the color (Wasn't sure about that Smurf color), handling is smoother than my previous '05 GT (that was lowered 1.5")
Massive POWER seems to be "always available" under the feet with the Shelby!!
I will have to get use to that...

Look more solid than the '05 and interior finish is... impressive, sleek and sexy.

Can't wait to get her on the highway !

Congratulations! FINALLY!

All of your friends may now refer to you as Papa Smurf. Correction, in a GT500 that's "Papa Smurf, sir."

Bold color . . . I do like it a lot with the white stripes.

I did silver since I was looking for something a little more understated. But in a Mustang convertible, people still LOOK.

Maybe I should start dressing better

Congrats! Hope to see you and the GT500 soon.

EDIT: I see you're at work, I'm guessing your coworkers are lining up to get rides...

Very nice, congrats! I love the grabber blue color, especially because I really like the inspired color, azure blue, of the '03 Mach 1.

I'd love to see some under-the-hood shots and a video of the exhaust sound.

Enjoy!

Awesome car! Congratulations! I wonder which is the bigger police attractor: grabber blue or race red?

Neither. Loud exhaust is though.

Ha! I used to have a 96 GMC that was white with blue interior, I kept a cookie monster stuffed animal in the passenger seat.

Race Red will be. It's scientific fact. Red invokes feelings of anger and hostility. Blue invokes calmness and peace. Never wear a red tie to court!

I thought red was a passionate color? I guess each person is different. I certainly don't feel angry about race red but it ignites something in me though.
