Thanks in advance for your replies.
I had to request a second brochure to get the $750 private cash offer when I picked up my '13 GT. Its great because it works with xplan as well as any rebates or incentives.

I'm in the mist of getting a new 2014 GT in DIB, manual with tech and track package, just want to hear if you guys think this is a fair price. The MSRP is $35,725, with rebates included, the dealer is agreeing to 33.3K with tax and all the other fees. I live in NY, the market value is around $32,910 for the car around here.
I purchased my 14 mustang gt premium track pack with all weather mats. Sticker was 38,385. I paid 31,900 with out tax.(75 doc fee and 60 dollars to transfer plates. No other dealer or hidden fees) I used the 750 coupon. I live in New York(Long Island)

I paid 31,100 before taxes and fees. 2014 premium gt/cs comfort and 3.73s. Sticker 39,175. This was with the 750.00 coupon. I would say 8,000 off msrp with the coupon and 7,250 off msrp without the coupon would be a fair deal.

The dealers around me in south jersey wanted close to 33,000 for the same car. I had to drive 3 hours but it was worth saving between 1500 and 2000.
