Need for Speed Shelby GT500 movie car - photos
Absolutely. It's called speed. Unadulterated, unabridged, raw, pure speed. Turns are a close second. There are plenty other things, but those are two pretty **** big ones.
Willing to bet that not a single swirl will make it into the film, which means it will look the part just fine. Oh, and just FYI, the movie isn't targeted at people who would rather look at a car while it's standing still rather than be in it when it's doing its thing. I think they have photo and museum exhibits for that.

As for the targeted demographic, I don't know, I have zero to very little interest in this movie even with the GT500 in it. I would like to drive a GT500 like in the movies though
As far as the swirl debate, I can't comment too much. I never got close enough to the car to be able to tell but they had a very pleasing young lady attending to the car for the close up shots although I doubt she took nearly as much care as Zto5 does.
The best part was later in the afternoon when they did several high speed loops around the park that you can see from SkyyPunk's overhead photo shared above. The driver had that car drifting pretty good around the circle in and out of traffic with the state trooper in pursuit. I've heard there's some pretty good video of it out on YouTube.
I also 1000% agree on the roof stripes. They really don't look right.

It's a broad demographic; most of the people who see these movies are import tuners. I haven't seen any of the previous ones outside the first, and I doubt I'll see this one despite the inclusion of a rather uglified GT500.
We talking fast and the furious? because I'm not aware of another NFS movie. I have watched all the F&F movies, but they have been meh.
