Need help 2010 mustang gt 5 speed

So I replaced my clutch today and I pinched the pigtail that goes to o2 sensor bank 2 sensor 1 I repaired the pigtail the best I could but now my car is stuck in limp mode I have tried to clear the codes but as soon as I go over about 3200 rpm the cel comes back on and has 10 stored codes the codes are p0010 a camshaft position actuator circuit/open bank 1 - p0020 a camshaft position actuator circuit/open bank 2 - p0102 mass or volume air flow a circuit low - p0135 o2 sensor heater circuit bank 1 sensor 1 - p0141 o2 sensor heater circuit bank 1 sensor 2 - p0155 o2 sensor heater circuit bank 2 sensor 1 - p0161 o2 sensor circuit bank 2 sensor 2 - p0443 evaporative emission system purge control valve circuit - p0446 evaporative emission system vent control circuit - p2008 intake manifold runner control circuit/open bank 1a all of these codes came after pinching the o2 sensor pigtail (harness side) between trans and block while replacing clutch today I am lost as to what could have caused all those codes I checked fuses #47 under the hood and #8 under the dash and they are both good and I cannot cut back any further into the harness without addin more wires any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Sure sounds like the wires are still damaged and need to be repaired better or replaced. For your sake, I hope it's not replacement! I'd find an automotive electrical specialist near you and see if they can help.
