Mystery Wheels.. any ideas?

Randomly found this picture of some 2010's when I was browsing wheels on Google Images earlier. Can anyone tell me about the wheels on the blue car?

They look OEM and I've never seen a set like them before!

Hmm, you're right they definitely look factory (ford blue oval center caps???) but I have never seen then before. It appears to be a v6, maybe an option in 2010 v6's??

Yep. Good eye.. We definitely discussed these in another thread. They're and OEM wheel...IIRC, They're an alternate 18" base GT wheel...optional on the V6 cars.

I believe people spotted them in Mexico or Canada in the brochure, etc. but they can be ordered. There is a painted/machined version that looks pretty sharp but these strike me as being even less "performance looking" than the standard GT wheels that we're all familar with. They look heavy too.

lol.. ppl forget after only 2 yrs. those are the optional 18's on the v6 (649)

they were a 1 yr run, not very popular since most wanting 18's got the pony pkg
