Mycolor tach settings

Was just curious what everyone else's MyColor settings were for the tach board. Changing it is not conducive to experimentation as you have to pick values of green, red and blue and then cycle to the beginning to see it. But the combinations of gauges, halo and backlighting are tremendous. So, what are you using? If customized colors, give values for mycolor setting, I possible. I have standard blue as the gauges, with red halo and blue backlighting. I'd like to change, but I haven't found anything that looks as good...thoughts?

Very interesting - I currently have the exact same color combination of blue gauge color, red halo and blue ambient lighting. Love that setting, but usually change mine every four weeks or so, or whenever I feel like it. Have changed for Halloween to orange and red, for Christmas I changed it to green and red, etc. Always fun to play with... also had purple gauge colors, which looks good with the blue halo! Another great ambient color is ice blue, as it perfectly blends in with the rest of the interior, e.g. center column, window openers, and the rest of the center column.

BTW... maybe our setting is a Florida thing??!! LOL (only about 2 hours away from you - so "Hello neighbor"!)

You may be right! This lighting scheme is oddly perfect for hot weather. Where are you in Florida? My frustration is that it is so annoying to go back and through the menus, set a mycolor scheme without seeing what it looks like, go back and do the halo, etc. But i tried the green/blue, and it was so christmasy....I was out of season! Lol. The stang is all race red (like my previous 05 gt), so maybe I'll do all red inside for valentines.....no wait....such thoughts.......conflict with muscle car thoughts......error.....does not compute.

most of the time i use blue halo, white guages, and blue ambient. I sometimes use yellow and purple or switch the ambient at my passenger's request

Just a shame you cant change the ice blue color on the rest of the dash & center console to make for a more cohesive presentation when you mess with mycolor.

Does anybody notice a glare on the windshield from the halo lights. I think they look great but i can't use it because it puts a reflection right in my sight line.

That bothered me enough that I finally set the MYCOLOR to as close to the same bluish-green as the rest of the dash and wheel as I could get it, and the HALO and ambient to blue. Now it looks 'normal' to me.

I have mine @ Arctic Blue, I think it's called. With my OCD-ness, has to be all the same color. The radio always stays that color, so I went with it. I have Halo turned off. Ambient lights is AW, turned to high. Pretty sure mine?

I see Ice Blue, I was close!!

This is how much I love my mustang: Wife's asleep in our room (where I should be) it's 10:30pm on a Sunday, and I'm sitting in our drive way with the windows down with the iPad on my lap, having a smoke, playing with lighting combinations, listening to music playing through the Bluetooth--I've had this car for 5 months and I'm am still in a total honeymoon phase.......i don't want to go to sleep. I'm afraid I'll wake up realize it was just a wonderful dream....
