And then Ford came out with the release of the new 2011 Mustang 5.0 car. I had to have one.

The return of the 5.0
I really liked it.

I have the sticker.

You can see the new GT 5.0 was MSRP at $32,500 which included the performance package,

2011 was a good year,

At $32,500 for the 2011 5.0 Coyote, it's hard to deny that 2011 was indeed a good year... In the meantime, thanks for sharing pics of both your 2010 and 2011 S197 GT models...

kinda amazing that the 2011 actually cost less than the 2010! (2010 was a Premium with Track Pack, 2011 was a base with Brembo package aka performance package)

I agree. I wish I had storage places to keep them. The Year 2011+ Mustang were fast and reliable. The current cars are great cars for you guys may not want a minivan.

Beautiful! Love the color. My 2011 GT was $34,000, but it was a premium, so I guess that's why it was a bit more.

I'd say these 2010-2014 cars will be very popular going forward: They are the big between among analog (easily modified) and computer cars, And they look really good.

yep ... they have the basic/important computer stuff, without all of the crazy intrusive stuff that the new cars have now

it looks like my days of potentially buying a new car are numbered; there is no way I will buy a car that can be turned off remotely, or remote-controlled

Bert, my bills are paid. and I am a big car guy. No other expenses, so I will be buying a new 2025 Mustang GT350/Mach 1. I am confident that Ford will do it right.

I look to my son as to anyone spying. That can be easily blocked by the owner/user as with The Constitution of the USA. I'll post it up here. It's our private information. Those fools in Washington are not as smart as they think they are.
---------
It was Big News today as Telsa said they are recalling 2M cars.---BS--They are just uploading new software in those cars, at night, when the owners are asleep. No need to go to a dealer.
----
I'll check with Kevin on how to do this in a way that he agrees. He'll be the guy that will handle the new internet guys.

I'll be driving my flat-plan-crank GT350:

I say you are a bit wrong. I also say your way-off links are way out there on facts.

I stated here on two of my 2010 and 2011 cars with pictures and proper tech. It's my opinion and nothing else.

Doc,

All I'm Saying is When the MSM or Powers That be Says One Thing it is Usually the Other.

The Article is There For The Reader To Either Believe or Not.

Anything These Days Needs to Be Researched to the Readers Satisfaction.

Just Casual Comments. Seriously Who Knows What to Believe is True or Not Anymore.

One Thing Should Be Obvious is We are More and More Tracked & Monitored as Time Goes on!

Just a Look at the Features on the New cars and it's Obvious. And Any Car That Can Be Updated Via Wireless Can Be Hacked.

And Yes All We Have Are Our Opinions.

I Like To From Time To Time Post Just A bIt To Make People Wonder. It's Up To Them To Dig into or Just Let Go!

Everything Should Be Questioned and Not Just Taken From Any Source!

That is How Society Got Where it is!

I did Not See Where Anything I Posted Would Have Even Slightly Ruffled Your Feathers So Perhaps My Point Was Not Clearly Stated Enough! Did You Think I Was Saying Your Comments Were Wrong?? If So I Was Not.

Cool Beans My Friend!

OK

It's a little hard to understand your post, but I am good to go.

Off topic question: looking at the GT350 sticker, I noticed it has the Torsen differential: @95cobraR -- is the Torsen a bit "chattery" and noisy in the GT350? I notice that mine seems to "chatter" a bit when I am light on the gas, coasting or on the edge of engine braking; it feels different going around corners under power (rear end tends to come around more) and is generally less "smooth" than the normal LSD diff that I had before. It is hard to describe, but maybe you know what I am talking about. Is that "normal" ?

I guess that all would explain why they don't use the Torsen in regular street cars.
