Are Mustangs electronically-limited for the first 500 miles?

I spoke with a salesman today who said that the car is somehow electronically-limited during the first 500 miles to give the engine a chance to break in.
I spoke to another salesman who claimed it was a few thousand miles.
Any truth to this? Anyone have the facts?
Thanks!

I know the boost is electronically limited in the GT500's but never really got a straight answer if mileage was the factor or not. Might be number of drive cycles or engine hrs.

I might never see boost.
Gary's new Shelby sitting in the garage and never moving for the next couple years is already disappointing me. Are you at least keeping seven so you have one mustang to actually drive?

When the Shelby comes Seven and the Fox will be down for a while with mods I think.

Would be nice to have enough Mustangs to be OK with leaving some in the garage! Not sure I would be able to do it even if I had five, I would just drive a different on every day, lol

Think the Boss may have more miles than the R now.
you have to drive at least 50 straight miles before you store it.
