As far as power goes they would just start making the TVS blower standard. Probably that whole package. As of now the TVS package, can't think of the exact name right now, you can buy and get installed at your Ford dealer(and keep your warranty) ups the power rating on the 2010+ GT500 to 660-670hp. So they at least have some wiggle room.

Is anyone else as confused as I am that now a Z28 trumps the SS? What world is this? At least Ford still gets it right with model escalation.
