I knew it was going to grow on me. After getting used to it, I now like 2010 better than the dated 05-09 . There are things I would change about it, sure, but I suspect most people will warm up to the design.

Is the black horse in the grill standard on all the V6 and GT's or a option?? It seems harder to see the horse in these new pics,where before,the horse looks like it always looked in the earlier pics. Sunlight? It's really hidden on that red GT.

 

I think the black chrome pony is a GT-only thing. Not sure if it's standard or not though.

 

Ya know, when you take it out of the showroom and see it on the street, it really doesn't look THAT different than the current car. I'll bet most non-mustang enthusiast won't know the difference.

 

They don't know the difference. My wife and 4 guys at my work couldn't tell what they changed. All these threads about this model being SO much different and for a new generation are BS. It's basically the same car,same basic look,only slightly different and small changes that are better or worse than the '05-09,but not enough to whine about. More a refresh like the '98 F-body rather than a '99 Mustang refresh. If you don't like the new changes,fine,but it's not enough to go on and on about how much different it is.
The interior is main thing to sell this car over the '05-09,NOW that's where the change is.

 

Plus once the 5.0 hits that will be the best change of all. I think everyones tastes will change to a more positive view once they feel the 400HP.
