I was wondering if there were any blue kona pics of the MCA version? (Doubt it but worth asking).

Also, the black decal between the tail lights, is that dealer installed as this is the one thing I dont want on the car.

The only pictures I've seen are the silver coupe and the red convertible.

I don't know about the blackout sticker. I suspect it is not applied at the dealer. I'm sure it could be removed with a bit of effort.

Also, the side tape strip, does that come in white (or is it black only)?

 

The rear blackout is part of the package. Its not deleteable.

 

Stripes are BLACK only.

I've ordered a Kona Blue MCA and think the Satin Black Side Stripes & Tail Panel will accent it nicely.

Obviously the Black will not stand out as much on Kona as it does on lighter colors and may even be hardly noticable in certain light conditions or angles, but that's all part of it.

Besides Kona, 2010 Mustangs in Black were also available with Satin Black stripes which is an even more unique & steathy look.

IMO, the new concave shape of the panel between the taillights is the best part of the '10-11 back end ... it reminds me of my '69; give it a "black out" treatment and the look becomes ala '69 Boss 302.

I really like the simple black-out tail panel, much better than the black "Fascia Panel" that comes with the Accessory Pkg's ... mostly because the concave shape disapears and it looks just like the "tacked-on piece of plastic" that it is.

If you are wondering how the Kona & Black will "contrast", look at how it contrasts with all the black trim on a 2010 at a local dealer ... this is what helped me decide that it will look nice.

Before my final decision of Kona Blue, Grabber Blue & Sterling Grey were my other two choices and really wished I could have seen ANY of these colors with the MCA pkg !!

Thing was I was thinking of getting White Stripes painted on and that is why I didnt need the blackout panel, but I love the wheels and grill.
Guess I will just get it removed when I get the stripes
