Maybe one of the first CDN 5.0
Went to a dealership today and got to see my first 5.0 dressed in black. The only one the dealer got for now and it was a retail order. It is a vert, with red interior, no Brembo pck. Oh yeah, it's got HID's, which i'm glad i choose to have. Mean look if you ask me. But it wasn't mine darn.
But it was nice to finally see one in real, stared at it from all imaginable angles for 20 minutes. Never got to see the engine though, but it'll come later.

What the hey ! I ordered mine end of February and got a new ETA of May 20th today. This is unfair !
Up to now, I was comforting to myself that no Quebec customer or even other Canadian customer had received a 2011 ... but now I'm pissed that my ETA went from 26/04 (which made me sell my 05 GT prematurely !) to 08/05 and finally now 20/05 !

I've decided the HIDs look good with a black car but SUCK with a white car. But I'm still not 100% convinced. The 3/4 view looks pretty nice but head-on, it just looks, "wrong." I skipped HID because of this. Thanks for posting the pics!

Woot, woot, i actually went back for ordering a dust cover for my upcoming GTand had the opportunity to sat and ride in that same black one i saw on Monday. The ownwer was just preparing to leave the dealer after a prep and addition of a roll bar on his vert. So i politely asked if i could just sit in it and hear it a bit. Man oh man, he actually took me for a ride around the block. This thing moves, let me tell 'ya. Nice authoritive sound under acceleration, but like SOOOOO quiet at idle, this thing needs an exhaust no doubt. Just taught i'd share.

Ripped down to the local rail yard to see if mine was getting loaded yet, and saw this sixer and a GT. They have officially hit SK, Canada

Called Obama, so i'm already driving the beast. Yeah right, no actually, i haven't heard from Paul, but i'll be looking into it with that 1 800 customer #, maybe they know something . Still don't have my VIN. Keep me posted on yours, beer is already in the fridge !
