Lowering question, do you think I will run into issues?
I have decided I am going to hold off on going with new struts and shocks and just replace the springs for now.
But my concern is this, I really LOVE the drop on the FRPP "K" springs but my rear tires stick out past the fender maybe a 1/4" of an inch if that. I realize that I would have rubbing issues if the fender were to ever come down to the tires, but I figure I would have to really hit a bump pretty fast and hard to move it that far.
Looking at the car if I go with a 1.5" drop that will leave me with about 1.5" clearance, do you think that will be ok?
The only reason I ask is the "P" springs 1" drop doesn't seem worth the money to me. And my next choice would be the Steeda Ultralites at 1.2" front and 1.4" rear but they are about 80 bucks more.
Any input?
Thanks all,
Chris

"P" springs for reference. Something to consider on the 1.5's will be the ride. Gonna be stiff and relatively uncontrolled on the stock shocks...
Also, the Rousch side splitters make the car look a bit lower visually...FWIW

If your worried about the price on those Steeda Ultralites,, You may wanna look at the Vogtland Mustang GT springs, Seems Steeda is re branding the Vogtlands ..
They run about the same price as the FRPP springs, I'm running those with the GT500 take off struts/shocks and am satisfied with the drop and handling,
The front drop was right at an inch, rear 1-1/4, So if you are running wide tires on the rear you should be OK,, I'm running 255/45/18 Hankook Evo K12's on 18x9 Saleen Heritage wheels,,
Pic's added,,

Caster? I think you mean Camber. Mine went to -1.2 degrees at a 1" drop. Spec is -.75 +/- .5 so technically in spec. I reduced it to -.9 with Camber bolts. Not the best solution, but temporary unti I get adjustable Strut tops..

Oops yes sorry meant castor. Stranoparts for like $29. Might have to do that for awhile to. My axelbacks come in this week so I have to pace myself on parts purchasing. Lol. I was also looking at Steeda X11 and bumpsteer kits. Car could feel a little more solid on the 2 lane country roads I drive. You going that route eventually? Thanks for the advice. This is my 8th Stang but I've only owned it 2 weeks.
