Just that one is much much worse then the others. I'd like them all to be perfect again but I dont know if there's a minimum amount of damage that is required. Not a looking forward to shipping either

Might want to look into have a local powder coating shop (if you have one close) take a look at the wheels and the condition of the finish.

Depending on the outcome (whether or not the vendors step up) it might be worth it to just have the wheels recoated locally. Sounds like you're happy with the wheel, just not the finish.

Absolutely LOVE the wheels but the finish has me bummed out big time. I think I may have some fade spots as well. Ive used nothing but the best cleaners for the most delicate wheels. P21S, Sonax, and Blackfire water based wheel cleaners are all that have touched it. Along with quality microfibers and horse hair brushes for the lug nut areas.

I never got a reply thru RTR themselves but CDC emailed me back even tho they weren't purchased thru them, I think they are the ones that deal with it.

Off topic a bit but why not use just soap and water?? I've never had wheels on any of my cars (even work truck) get so bad to where soap and water wouldn't have em looking like new again.?.?

THIS!

I use a separate mitt and bucket full of soap and soap them up. The dust and grime has to be wiped off, but nothing works better for cleaning. And its gentle on the finish.

RTR owner watching this thread. Mine haven't chipped, but there are some faded areas, I try not to look too close as this stuff can drive you crazy.
