LED chin spiler from American Muscle...classy or ricey?

I can't make up my mind... if these strip LEDs weren't showing up on every dented up Corolla, it might be more interesting.

Does anyone have one? Are you happy with it?

Horrible placement of the LEDs, IMO. There is such a craze right now to copy the Audi/Porsche DRLs that manufacturs are literally sticking them everywhere.

LED add-ons rarely look good. They have to be factory pieces that are really integrated into the design of the car, like on the Audis and P-cars.

I like how Ford integrated LEDs on the 2011 Ford Edge Sport (looks better in person than in this photo). I wouldn't be surprised if we saw something similar on the 2014 Mustang.

That looks good. As long as they are incorporated into the bumper or headlight they look very good, but when people just tack them on they look, well, tacky!

The LEDs used on the Taurus and Edge aren't like the Audis. They more closely resemble the accent lighting in headlamps of the CTS. The lamps are diffused, so it's nearly impossible to tell where the individual LEDs are on that strip, unlike the Audi/Porsche ones.

German rice = kraut

Are they anything like that of the SHO?

LED's are making a huge showing in a lot of car lineups... which is a good thing tho.

To the OP- for the LED Lip- it's the definition of rice.

Speaking of... http://www.freerice.com/ is a game that lets you donate rice to poor countries. You have to know your words...
