Ordered mine from CJPP yesterday, they are running a 15% off sale thru 6/30. Picked up a JLT CAI while I was at it. With the free shipping I got both for under $700 !!

You got 15% off the Roush Axelbacks? When I went to the site it still showed them at full price..

I lucked out and got them at American Muscle tonight. I must've gotten the last one because it went back to "out of stock" right after I bought them. Can't beat their price either (especially with a forum discount).

The only set of Roush axle backs not on sale @ cjpp are the ones for for GT with the round tips. The GT with square tips both with & without the rear valence and all the ones for the V6 are on sale. Plus all sets that come without a rear valence ship for free.

INSTALLED and oooo man these guys ROAARRR!
I keep finding myself speeding cause I dont want the roars to stop.

I compared my car to my friends stage 2 roush and there pretty much the same, his square tips sound heavier pitched, while at the same time rounded tips sound a little louder and with a lighter pitch, not by much though.

That is probably with a tune as well, there's no way a CAI alone gains that much.

Hey guys, Im torn between the Roush and the Magnaflows and cant decide. I like the exhaust to be very loud and im not sure which will be a better choice. Im also starting to like the bassani as well. Anyone know which will be louder?? Eventually itll be paired with an off road X.

Ethan - how loud are those magnaflows? The video seems to portray a very quiet sound. is it a Catted X pipe or off road??

If you are going with an Off road X the Roush will be too raspy in all honesty you should go with the Bassanis over the magna flow, although there has been some that have complained of drone of the Bassani but some have done some things to limit the drone.

Back to the Roush, they are best with just the standard h pipe ( which is what we have stock ) so if you don't plan to go to an off road x or h then go for the Roush.

Im sorry I read it wrong. They claim 25-30. Not 30-40. Thats still alot without a tune. I agree.

Hey Josh,
good seeing ya yesterday, that was meet was hella fun

For everyone else on the fence, I was personally torn between these and the gt500's and after hearing these in person, I will be getting these.
they sound perfect on take off, just sitting there and on revs.

Everyone has a different opinion on "raspy". By raspy do you mean the popping that it makes when the RPM are dropping or just the over pitch of the exhaust tone? I happen to like the popping lol
