Awesome, Frank! Lucky (or really car-poor) SOB!!! I'd hate to ask how much depreciation hit you took on the 2010, but the 2011 5.0L will be worth every penny!!! Hopefully, you'll get the 5.0L soon. Orders have been taking a few months lately. Keep us posted!

 

You really should get the front interior too, I use mine everytime I drive. I'm sure you might find it useful!

In like 05 or so Ford called the base mustang a Mustang Deluxe vs Mustang Premium later on the dropped the deluxe and just started calling it a Mustang.

Congrats Frank, I am currently debating wether I should get a premium vs a base when I order in Jan. What made you go with a base vs a premium? (if ya don't mind me asking)

 

The price you can save over $3,000.00 going with base over premium GT.

 

Nice!!! The 70 Boss stripes would look good. 69 Boss stripes look like crap, in my opinion.

 

Thats what I am thinking about but I just feel like the premium would make a better DD for me down here in NOLA.

Only 3 months to decide so I have to make up my mind. Either way I will be happy.

 

If only Sync & the Shaker 500 radio was available on the base car, at least as an option, I think many more people would've skipped the Premium. Since they currently are NOT, the Premium pkg becomes almost a necessity for DD purposes.

 

I don't have Sync in my current GT so it's not a deal breaker however I have the S1000 in it and I think the base radio would not do it for me. Don't wanna spend money on the aftermarket for a stero when Ford offers the 500 or even the 1000.

I can't stand the lether in my car because it is so hot, and the cloth is nice. I really like the my color and could add it after I get the car but I would rather have it installed it from the factory.

 

What about the underwear part Boom referred to Frank ! Is that true ?
