just fast clicking sound

My son's car is parked behind my Mustang. It hasn't been started for some time now as he has been out of town. When I tried moving it yesterday to drive my Mustang, all that I get is a fast clicking sound. It is just a dead battery, right?

Most likely just a dead/weak battery.

I have to agree with you on the battery part. Mustangs don't like being stored for a long time without a tender and she might just need a jump.

Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!

It is my son's car that wouldn't start.

Some cars will kill a battery if the go a few weeks without being started and driven.

Sounds like a weak battery.
