Its Time - My Stocker needs some upgrades-ADVICE?

The time has come...

Yes, I bought a Black, Brembo, 3:73, Glasstop 2011 last May-

Drove it a little bit, put her in the barn over the rainy summer, took her out a few times in the fall, got busy with Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. Busy buying a new 55 Inch Samsung 3D/LED, and playing with a new Dirt Bike and Go Kart for my kids. Oh, I also bought a Honda CRF 230L, so busy busy.

BUT! I have 2011 Fever again!!

So... I noticed..

In the meantime, Borla and a slew of other Mufflers Manufacturers have come out with a nice Exhausts, Superchargers are rolling off the shelf, and I even think the stock Headers are upgradable. < ? If necessary.

A lot of R&D has been done, and some still in the works. I don't like doing any mods, until I know the hardware and combinations have been proven. With that said...

I'd like to let her breathe- I live in Florida and dont need to worry about Emissions.
What are some really good Stainless Headers?
Which mid Pipes are good? X, or H? and who makes a good one?
Mufflers are pretty much personal choice. But I always liked the good stuff. Bassani, Borla, or Magnaflow? I heard the Magnaflow, and wasn't all that impressed though.. I'm inclined towards Borla..

Any other suggestions? Just wondering if some can chime in and tell me your experiences or thoughts. I sold my other 91 Supercharged 5.0 and have some boot to put into my 2011. Oh, one other thing is, I don't think I'm ready for a supercharger yet, because I dont want to void my warranty, for now.

Thanks for any recommendations or advice in advance,
Mike in Central Florida

Depends on what you are looking for, but... it looks like a CAI + Tune is the best place to start improving your car's power - after that I would probably do a catless x-pipe (this option seems more popular than an H-pipe) plus cat-back exhaust. For stainless headers (and mind you having LT's installed will cost you a solid chunk of change) look at ARH, SW, Kooks, or Bassani - those seem like the more popular types. Just info that I have gained from doing some research...

Is say a quality cat back exhaust because they all come with a x pipe, and if you want to keep your factory warranty I would stay away from an oiled filter cai and aggressive tune! And if you have the money have a set of headers installed with the cat back....as long as you don't mind having the check engine light always on.... Then of course there is wheels and suspension so you can get the power to the ground better! :-)

Oh and I have a borla s type cat back system and I love it! Top notch quality and sound! For headers I would say bbk or bassani or sw....
