Thru Bluetooth u will only see device name no song title or artist

Best thing to do is use jukebox: burn songs on a cd and copy them into the hard drive known as jukebox, that displays song title and artist and u won't drain the iPhone battery for leaving Bluetooth turned on

Simple Bluetooth and run pandora or slacker can't be beat IMO. I just cant stand dealing with media. Streaming it as needed is way too easy and no needs to update.

Such a waste of CDs though, it only reads audio CDs, not even MP3 CDs right?

What do you mean "unhook" the jukebox? It's not a separate thing.

I will clarify what I meant to write, seeing as some people can't follow a thread. I was referring to the Jukebox function. I know the head unit reads audio and MP3 CDs for playback, but it does not rip MP3 CDs to the jukebox.

And great job figuring out it reads CD-RWs. I'm not going to re-burn the disc a thousand times to get my albums on the jukebox.

I use a USB. Put all my music on it and plug it in. Never take it out of the car and it works perfect

I've done mp3 cd's, iPod hookup, and Sirius, and out of those 3 I prefer Sirius hands down. I haven't had a HDD set up in the car, but it wouldnt be any different than having my iPod in there.

Since I am assuming that the usb2 is located in the glovebox is for the jukebox (hard drive) I will just hook my iPod into that and use my console one for charging my iPhone

Well thank you for the clarification, but being presumptuous aren't we? Are you such a fossil you've never heard of online music purchases? Like the Amazon Store? Or converting file formats, like converting your AAC music from iTunes to MP3s?

I'm sure your music is 100% legit. Please no BS and I don't like 85's.

Just because YOU don't buy your music doesn't mean other people don't.

Anyways, let's stay on topic.

Subscribing because I don't believe you can transfer MP3 discs to the hard drive but I will burn one and give it a try. I'll let everyone know how it turns out.
