interior fuse testing

So my hazards just stopped working out of no were, I tested all my fuses in the engine bay and they were all good.(I used a live wire tester) so after I checked that I went to check the fuses behind the kicker panel inside and non of them responded, acted like they were all dead with the keys i. The ingnition. How do I properly check these?

If I'm not mistaken the flashers are the metal ones. What year is your mustang?

If you don't have an ohm meter look at the fuse and see if there is a break in the metal on the inside. If you see a gap then it is blown.
