That was the hardest part of the entire install lol. I don't know how you were able to take that picture because I could barely get my hand back there. You just grab it the best you can and pull straight back. I had a hard time getting a good enough grip on it because you have to pull pretty hard. Good luck.

Can you get a 90* needle noise pliers back there to get a grip on the end to pull it out.

Just grab the silver piece and yank the radio out.

I would twist as you pull, But be careful. The white padding on mine has some red. I slipped off and sliced my hand on some metal in there. No big deal though.

i love it, i lose nothing from stock and gain touch screen nav.
the only issue is that there is to much glare sometimes, but that should go away when i tint my windows.
the Raxiom screen takes about 30 seconds to boot when you start the car, but the music starts playing right away. when you hit Nav for the first time, it takes about 5 seconds to display, but after it loads you can switch back and forth instantly. The GPS connects instantly and i dont even have the antenna outside of the car. the turn-by-turn has all the features you would expect, and lowers the volume when it gives you commands. the best part is it looks stock for anyone who doesnt know the mustang
