So far I've only heard borla s-types on a GT, would love to hear the GT500s

 

Go to Youtube and type 2013 Mustang GT GT500 mufflers....there is one post with a race red gt that he does the stock mufflers (that actually sound real good) first and then the GT500's...a very good comparison.

 

Through the internets ive heard tons of exhausts. I meant in person. Havent heard many in person.

 

I just paid for my set of 13 gt500 mufflers. Tint, bob's catch can and idatalink/kenwood audio is all I have so far.

 

Thes mufflers make the car sound like a mix between the Aston Martin V8 Vantage and the Bullitt soundtrack, on a stick car. Got mine for 260 new and worth every penny and way more. They are civilized and quiet but, it's always easy to turn up the volume on a good note. Nothing's going to quiet down mufflers that are too loud or sound like crap.

Matt and I might meet up soon near griffith park or the silver lake reservoir, we just got most of our suspension replaced and we might do some minor testing around there. I think that's sort of close to you.

Though usually its not all that planned.. and will probably be a sunday.. I'll let you know, hopefully you read the PM in time lol

I still have my stock mufflers...what do I do with them?

 

keep them. Put them back on when you're ready to sell the car.

 

Did you buy them used? Where is the best place to buy them?
