Idle Issue HELPPP

Hey guys I don't know if this is where im supposed to post but, having a problem with horrible idling issue when stoped or in park its surging to 500 to 800 when car is cold no problem its when it warms up that this issue starts. This isn’t a normal surge like before this is more harsh and constant at every stop, when i get on it no problem all power is there, tuner said i had a vacuum leak tested it with smoke machine and nothing, currently waiting for him to get back to me to see whats next. I’ve done maf cleaning tb cleaning, tb reset, pcm reset, idle reset and nothing, recently did oil change and spark plugs, car has 59k miles
Im really lost NO CODES SHOWING

MOD LIST
Full e85 tune
E85 40lb injectors
18 ported manifold
HPipe
Muffler delete
Catch can
Pmas intake

Hi, welcome to this forum . . . . I'm thinking it is probably a tune issue, relating to the modifications, such as the E85, ported manifold, Pmas intake . . . hope the tuner can sort it out;

and also hope someone else will chime in with some better ideas!

Don't think its tune related tune has been on and fine for over a couple months, been getting other feed back in other forums such as

wideband O2s
purge valve canister
tps but i don't think you can swap put tps on a 14 5.0 haven't seen any write ups or parts I think it would be the full TB
